Steps for Customers: – 

• Customer will put their Email ID.
• A 6 digit OTP sent to Customer Email.
• After verification Order Page will open.
• Order Page is Multi-step.
• First step is for Personal Details (Billing details + Shipping details).
• Next step is select specific category.
• Next step is Detail Order Description.
• Next step is File upload.(Upload upto 10 GB) + Google Drive link supported.
• Finally customer can review his Order form, select time given for the order and Submit.

Steps for Admin Panel: – 

• Admin will Login Admin panel.
• View Order & follow-up step by step From new Order to Order Complete including Order Reject option and Mark as Read option.
• Admin can write special note for this Order.
