• Maximum Upload size, Maximum execution time – 2GB / 30 minutes. We will increase on your request.

** You will get 1 FTP account to control your server. For Emails, you will get Email URL, ID and default Password. You can change it after first login. Please follow our Blog for setup your Email account. For WordPress website we will provide you default User ID and Password, You can change it after first login.

Upgrade: –
** You can upgrade anytime from Regular server to Premium server or Premium Server to Premium Plus Server or Regular to Premium Plus Server just by purchasing higher level server from our website with same account and provide same Primary Domain name during checkout.
Your previous server price (Not 100%) will be refunded to your current Original payment method within 24 hours.
Refund Amount = (Previous server Price / 12 * Unused Months).
During checkout you must have to provide your previous Invoice number and Primary Domain name for Upgradation.

You have to create new ticket to get Priority support for following requirements: –

1. DNS Records update: – Write DNS records in detail in your ticket. Sometime we will verify your records before update. – Maximum wait time: 5 working hours.
2. New Subdomain or Email Account: – Write details about subdomain name, email id name, wordpress like software installation etc. – Maximum wait tile: 6 working hours.
3. Special SSL installation: – Upload your new SSL details in a new Ticket. – Maximum wait time: 2 – 3 working hours.
4. Database or Cronjob Entry: – Upload your Database within a .zip file or Write cronjob details in ticket. – Maximum wait time: – 6 working hours.
5. Server related problems, PHP settings: – Create new ticket or contact via Livechat. Maximum wait time in ticket – 1 working hour.

• You can cancel subscription anytime to stop renewal.
• No Refund will be issued upon cancelling Subscription. Cancel subscription means stop renewal.
